Protect Your Student's School Device with Optional Device Insurance

Prince William County Schools has partnered with Securranty to offer affordable insurance coverage for student-issued laptops and iPads. For $29.95 per year, families can help protect themselves from potentially significant repair or replacement costs resulting from accidental damage, loss, theft, and other covered incidents. 

Coverage includes accidental drops, cracked screens, spills, theft, burglary, and damage caused by fire, flood, or vandalism. The policy also allows for unlimited claims during the one-year coverage period.

Families should note that coverage must be purchased within 30 days of receiving a school-issued device, and protection begins only after enrollment. Intentional damage, misuse, or abuse is not covered.
