Description

The goal of the Crew Club is to help jump start a high school, college, or lifelong passion for rowing.  The club meetings will include: 

  • Learning about the elements of High School Crew and Rowing
  • Team building
  • Learning rowing technique
  • Stretches and warmup exercises
  • Cardio exercises
  • Body weight resistance training
  • Workouts and races on Rowing Machines (Ergs)

 

Meeting dates

Most Wednesdays during 2nd and 3rd quarters.
