Ladies, stay in shape physically and work on your skills, the season is quickly approaching!

Important Information:

•  Physicals: Any athlete interested in trying out for a middle school sport must have a sports physical dated after May 1, 2023. Download Physical Exam form here
•  Concussion Training also needs to be completed for tryouts. The training can be completed online.

 Please Make Sure you have your Concussion completion form and the Physical Form Ready to go and your updated physical form signed by a doctor for tryouts!!! Paperwork should be turned in to the front office no later than January 19 in order to try out January 23.
