Description
Why: To learn about the Scientific process, explore their individual interests in science and to compete in the schoolwide SMS Science Fair showcase Feb 13th, (and compete at the Junior Regional Science Fair virtual competition on March 6th - 11th with possibility to advance)
Purpose:
- expose students to an independent research project.
- allow students to work through the scientific process, including developing and conducting an experiment
- for students to have the opportunity to participate in a science fair competition
Meeting Dates and Times
Every Thursday after school from 3:00 - 5:00 (beginning October 17).
